Trading with Pro-Vision
Pro-Vision are almost unique in that we only distribute
branded CCTV and Access Control equipment. Our highly trained sales team
are at your disposal from 8-45am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday – so
if you require technical support, a quotation or wish to place an order
just call our sales teams – we can help.
Easy ways to pay
On completion and approval of your credit application
form (available on request) the credit account works on a net monthly
payment basis. Just complete the form, fax or post it to us and your application
will normally be processed on the same day. Alternatively you may pay
by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Solo), Debit Card (Switch) or cheque
(pro-forma) with your order. It is also possible to pay in cash when you
collect the goods. (Please do not send cash in the post).
Services we offer at Pro-Vision Distribution
Overnight delivery (UK mainland)
Pro-Vision dispatch all their goods via overnight
carrier. Every order is picked (where possible using the latest barcode
scanning technology), checked and rechecked prior to dispatch. Each package
carries a unique serial number that allows consignments to be tracked
throughout the delivery process - from our warehouse to your premises.
Orders placed up to 5.30pm can be fulfilled, providing the goods are in
stock at our warehouse. They will be collected by our carrier for next
day delivery. (UK delivery excludes Highlands and Islands of Scotland).
Pre-Wire
We offer the facility to assemble and pre-wire cameras,
lenses, housings, pan & tilts and infra red lamps. The equipment is
tested under workshop conditions prior to shipping and ready for installation.
Repairs
If you need to send something back for repair, either
in or out of warranty, please ring for a returns number and then send
the faulty item back to us. Normal turnaround times are approximately
7 working days. If the item you are returning is vital to the operation
of the system (i.e.: a DVR or a multiplexer) then if possible, we will
gladly provide an alternative unit for the duration of the repair time.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Occasionally the brand new item of equipment you have
just purchased fails straight out of the box. Under these circumstances
our primary objective is to get a replacement to you in the shortest possible
time. Your help in achieving this is appreciated and our ‘DOA Data
sheet’ tells you how this is done. Please ask our Sales office for
a copy.
