Pro-Vision supply products from manufacturers that
are respected throughout the industry, brands that are synonymous with
quality like Dedicated Micros, JVC, Sanyo and Bewator are available direct
from our premises. As we only sell quality branded equipment, our sales
teams aren’t under any pressure to offer ‘own-label’
goods. Pro-Vision can deliver quality products at competitive prices.
Our West Midlands office is a modern 20,000sq.ft. complex of which over
85% is dedicated to goods receipt, dispatch and warehousing. Situated
on the outskirts of Shrewsbury we are close to regions major motorway
networks.
Full technical support
Throughout the year regular 'hands on' training sessions
are held with key manufacturers of CCTV and Access Control equipment at
our training centre in Shrewsbury. This ensures the sales teams are right
up-to-date with the latest products and familiar with the features and
benefits of the equipment we supply.
Overnight delivery (UK mainland)
Pro-Vision dispatch all their goods via overnight
carrier. Every order is picked (where possible using the latest barcode
scanning technology), checked and rechecked prior to dispatch. Each package
carries a unique serial number that allows consignments to be tracked
throughout the delivery process - from our warehouse to your premises.
Orders placed up to 5.30pm can be fulfilled, providing the goods are in
stock at our warehouse. They will be collected by our carrier for next
day delivery. (UK delivery excludes Highlands and Islands of Scotland).

Large stocks
Stock holding is monitored on a daily basis at Pro-Vision.
Random stock checks have been introduced to ensure that stock information
quoted by our sales teams, is the same as the stock in the warehouse.
F.I.F.O. and other modern stock management procedures ensure that popular
fast-moving items are always available.
