Overnight delivery (UK mainland)
Pro-Vision dispatch all their goods via overnight carrier. Every order is picked using the latest barcode scanning technology, checked and rechecked prior to dispatch. Each package carries a unique serial number that allows consignments to be tracked throughout the delivery process - from our warehouse to your premises. Orders placed up to 5.30pm can be fulfilled, providing the goods are in stock at our warehouse. They will be collected by our carrier for next day delivery. Note:- UK delivery excludes Highlands and Islands of Scotland which is a standard 2 day service. For Ireland and deliveries to Europe, please contact our sales team for details.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Occasionally the brand new item of equipment you have just purchased fails straight out of the box. In the trade this is refereed to as an Out of Box Failure or Dead On Arrival (DOA). Under these circumstances our primary objective is to get a replacement to you in the shortest possible time. Your help in achieving this is appreciated and our ‘ Advance replacement form’ tells you how this is done.
Daily order process
Early investment was made in an SAP integrated software system ensuring a solid, stable and flexible platform easily able to cope with the demands of a rapidly growing business. Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements all cross reference with drill down capability to facilitate a complete audit trail for every sales transaction. This function is replicated in each of the other modules within the entire system.
Technical support
A policy of continuous improvement for all staff is operated within the company by regular product
training, a “take responsibility” culture and a hands on management style that encourages and contributes to a team effort. Part of this policy is to equip all customer facing staff with the tools required to answer the majority of
technically related questions with information readily available on our computer network ensuring a speedy and factual resolution to the majority of questions. More in depth technical questions will be referred to the appropriate in house staff and in extreme cases the manufacturer’s assistance will be enlisted.
30 day refund guarantee
If within 30 days of the date of purchase you wish to return any goods to us for any reason, we will issue a full credit without question provided the following applies:
a) The goods were not purchased as a non-stock "special" item for you.
b) The goods were returned in their original, unmarked packaging and unused.
c) The goods were complete with all connectors, manuals and ancillary items. See our returns policy booklet.
Repairs
If you need to send something back for repair, either in or out of warranty, please ring for a returns number and then send the faulty item back to us. Normal turnaround times are approximately 7 working days. If the item you are returning is vital to the operation of the system (for example a Digital Video Recorder) then if possible, we will gladly provide an alternative loan unit for the duration of the repair time.
